Perspective is everything. It allows one person to see opportunity where another might see obstacle. Seeing the good means focusing on the benefits of every situation...the lesson you might learn, the smile it brought to your face, the memory it created or the path it opened up. Gratitude is one of the best ways to see the good. I like to spend a few moments each night as I'm going to sleep to think of at least five things I was especially thankful for that day.
